Welcome to yoga and nature experiences. There is something very special to be able to bathe in the energy of the wild nature, to have the abundance and beauty of nature all around you, being in the midst of it all, to feel the sun kiss your skin, the winds gentle touch, the feeling of life when the rain drops meet your face, the fresh air entering your lungs with every breath you take. Reminding ourselves that nature is not something separate from us, we are nature. 

We offer retreats and journeys close to nature, bringing people together from all paths of life. We are always a diverse group of people from different countries, with different cultures and experience in yoga, a wide age range and with different life experiences. What all our guests have in common is the love for nature. 

In the summer season in Norway we offer retreats in our off grid home and learning center for regenerative lifestyle close to the small village of Flatdal, in the vast untouched, wild Norwegian nature. The retreats that are held outside our home and learning center in Norway has been carefully selected when we have been traveling or through trusted partners. At the heart of all our retreats lies the aim to reflect authenticity, to offer a journey where you truly experience the nature and culture we are in, off the beaten path, using small/family run places with focus on sustainability and passion for creating community.
