Collection: Winter Retreats in Norway

All our winter retreats take place in breathtaking locations across the various mountain regions of Norway. Because winter here is wonderfully snowy, these getaways offer more comfort than our off-grid summer retreats 😄

Our focus is on slowing down and truly embracing the season. Give yourself the time to nourish both body and soul with yoga, deep relaxation, healthy meals, and space to just be - surrounded by nature.

Winter is a time for the earth to rest, and so will we. We are so excited to welcome you to join us on the mat in beautiful different locations around Norway, to welcome you into this cozy seasonal immersion. Together, we will use yoga to calm the nervous system, move away from rigid, goal-oriented routines, and land safely in quiet contemplation.

Every year we also offer yoga and trekking in the Himalayas, Nepal as well as retreats around the world. Check it out HERE 😀 Welcome to explore the inner and outer world with us!

Is the retreat you want to join full? Write us a line to be on the waiting list HERE.

Welcome to grounding practices, joyful movement on the mat, and deep rest with the stunning Norwegian wilderness as your backdrop 🙏
