Do you want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Do you crave nature experiences, new friendships and time to be present, laugh and enjoy life? Only around 2 hrs drive (2,5 hrs bus ride) from Oslo you find a little nature paradise. Turn off the screen and turn on life! Join us for yoga and off the grid glamping in Flatdal where you wake up with a view of Skorvefjell, surrounded by the beautiful, magnificent Norwegian nature. Your alarm clock is the nearby waterfall and birds chirping. Start the day with yoga, surrounded by peaceful nature, fresh air and tranquility. Our only goal is to fill the days with magical moments, laughter, smiles, explore nature and enjoy healthy, yummy, plant-based meals. We are completely of the grid, welcome to a simple lifestyle close to nature. Let go of everyday stress and only focus on yourself, the present and good experiences. By giving the body time, healthy meals, detox from the continuous use and pressure from today's media, our only goal will be joy. With a maximum of 10 guests, you have the opportunity to get to know the other participants and receive individual adjustments in the yoga classes.

Welcome to Hagabrekka Wanderland - reconnect to nature, sustainable lifestyle in practice, and tranquility

Hagabrekka Wanderland is located in Flatdal, a small village in Seljord municipality which is known as an artist's paradise. Beautiful views of the large mountains that frame the u - formed valley provide a great reflection of the fantastic nature and landscape Norway has to offer. At Hagabrekka Wanderland you are far away from everyday stress. We are completely off grid, growing parts of our own food and using principles of permaculture to create a little paradise. This also means a different experience then what most people are used to, there is no grid power or water, we have solar power in some areas of the property, composting toilets and are pumping water from a river nearby, so no running water. We are surrounded by untouched nature, with all the other beings sharing the space with us, this means that you will encounter spiders and other insects. Here you truly get disconnected from the digital hassle and connected to nature and the present moment.

Yoga

You will gain insight into several forms of yoga during the retreat. Each morning will start with Vinyasa yoga which is a dynamic form of yoga, with elements of hatha, the traditional form of yoga. In the evening it will be either gentle restorative class or yin, a relaxing session where the focus is on presence, breath, and inner peace. In all classes, there is an individual focus, and a combination of dynamic and static positions. The yoga classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have experience in yoga.

Ønsker du ett avbrekk fra dagliglivets kjas og mas? Tid til å ta vare på deg selv? Skru av skjermen og skru på livet! Bli med på yoga og glamping i Flatdal hvor du våkner opp med utsikt til Skorvefjell, omringet av den vakre, storslåtte norske naturen, med fossefall og fuglekvitter som vekkeklokke. Start dagen med yoga, omringet av fredfull natur, frisk luft, fuglekvitter og ro. Vårt enste mål er å fylle dagene med magiske øyeblikk, latter, smil, utforske naturen og ikke minst nyte sunne, digge, plante baserte måltider. Gi slipp på hverdagens stress og kun fokuser på deg selv, nuet og gode opplevelser. Ved å gi kroppen tid, sunne måltider, detox fra den kontinuerlige bruken og presset fra dagens medier, vil vårt eneste mål være glede. Med maks 10 gjester vil du bli godt kjent med de andre deltakerne og få muligheten til individuell oppfølging i yogatimene.

Yoga

Du vil få innblikk i flere yogaformer i løpet av retreatet. Hver morgen vil starte med Vinyasa yoga som er en dynamisk form for yoga, med elementer av hatha som er den tradisjonelle formen for yoga. På kvelden vil det være myk yin. I alle timene er det fokus på individuell oppfølging med en kombinasjon av dynamiske og statiske stillinger. Yogatimene passer for alle, om du er nybegynner eller har erfaring innen yoga og kan tilpasses til din individuelle kropp. På kvelden vil det være avslappende timer, hvor vi tilbringer lang tid i hver stilling og det er fokus på ro og tilstedeværelse.
