Laurence Brahm, film director of Shambhala Studio, is offering a four-day intensive program on the Lotus Born Master's Eight Manifestations and Five Wisdom Dakini. In this interactive workshop, he will share previously unexplained insights into their history, practices, and the quantum energy fields that these represent. Specific meditation, breathing, and visualization practices of the Lotus Born Master and his Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal will be shared and imparted so that participants can have a set of daily practices.
The program will be enhanced with music interludes by Bone Lhamokyap. Sound frequency enhances receptivity in cultivating positive energy that will be an important aspect of the workshop.
Program is divided into two parts:
The first part that include Day 1 and Day 2 will guide us through the core teachings of Guru Padmasambhava, the Lotus Born Master, the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, exploring the quantum physics aspects of his teachings and how these can be applied to our daily lives today in transforming negative energies into positive and our own mindset to have clarity in situations and guide us through the matrix of living. It will include specific practices and methods for sound frequency through mantra and visualization to alter energy fields and breathing to clear toxins and open our own body and with it our mind.
The second part that includes Day 3 and Day 4 will explore the feminine energy fields, the Yin aspect that balances the Yang. The Lotus Born Master had five women disciples who carried his teachings across Asia. We will understand the energy field and psychic powers of each and how these five energy fields as aspects of our own natural environment and self can be applied in taming emotions and converting them into universal love and compassion in transforming challenging situations into positive outcomes for all. Mantra and methods of visualization and breathing exercises will be transmitted as part of the program.

Hagabrekka Wanderland is located in Flatdal, a small village in Seljord municipality which is known as an artist's paradise. Beautiful views of the large mountains that frame the u - formed valley provide a great reflection of the fantastic nature and landscape Norway has to offer. At Hagabrekka Wanderland you are far away from everyday stress. We are completely off grid, growing parts of our own food and using principles of permaculture to create a little paradise. This also means a different experience then what most people are used to, there is no grid power or water, we have solar power in some areas of the property, composting toilets and are pumping water from a river nearby, so no running water. We are surrounded by untouched nature, with all the other beings sharing the space with us, this means that you will encounter spiders and other insects. Here you truly get disconnected from the digital hassle and connected to nature and the present moment.
